Prevention is better than cure

How to maintain Heart Health:
As we know that , prevention  is better than cure. There is lot that you can do to manage your heart health better and prevent mishaps.
Heart is often called the most important organ in our body. In addition to pumping blood throughout the via the circulatory system, heart also supplies oxygen and nutrients to the tissues while eliminating carbon dioxide and other wastes from the blood.

Things we can do to make our heart happy😊
1. Keep a track of your salt and sugar intake:- Too much sodium intake can do you more harm than goof. And same goes for the sweets. Unfortunately , too much sodium and sugar is indirectly linked with higher blood pressures, as it retain the access fluid in your body.
The recommended daily intake sodium should be less than 1,500 mg according to The American heart association.

2.Exercise for at least 30 min:-😊
As we know that nothing is there which we cannot prevent by doing yoga and exercise so just take out at least 30 min daily from your busy lifestyle to maintain a healthy weight and reduce your chances of developing other conditions that may put a strain on your heart, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. A moderate brisk walk, jogging or just choosing stairs over lifts, will help you attain healthy heart.
